My KPIs
KPIs are the measures your company set for the programme. Choose My KPIs in the menu to see yours.
- Values update when your supervisor accepts work. A KPI stays not measured until accepted work feeds it, which is why some may be blank.
- Each KPI shows its weight, its value against its target, and whether it is on track or at risk.
- Open a row to see what changed it, and when.
If you see No KPIs are configured for this programme yet., your company has not set any.
My record
My record is a one-page record of your participation: your programme, its dates, your status, and every piece of work that was reviewed and accepted.
Choose Print or save as PDF to keep a copy. It is yours to keep.
It lists facts only. It does not include feedback, ratings or re-do counts, and it is not a reference or an assessment.
