I can’t see a screen someone else can see
Each role sees different screens — see Who does what. If you think your role is wrong, ask your company’s admin.
An intern can’t see their tasks
Tasks are given out when the programme launches. Check the programme has launched, that the intern has accepted their invitation, and — on the programme’s Tasks screen — choose Assign to interns if anyone is missing tasks.
The programme can’t launch
The launch screen lists everything still missing, with a link to each. The most common is an intern without a supervisor. See Get a programme ready to launch.
The ROI screen says the methodology is not published
The ROI calculation becomes available once its methodology is published. Everything else on the setup checklist can be done in the meantime.
The dashboard shows “—” for progress
Progress is the share of assigned work that has been accepted. It shows — until there is work assigned that counts towards it.
Can I undo a review decision?
No — decisions are final, so that the record stays trustworthy. Tell your programme admin if a decision was made in error.
Can I export my data?
There is no self-service export yet. Write to support@internroi.com.
